Photobucket

Photobucket - you say that only 2% of your users are being impacted by what is obviously a massive blunder. Maybe you should consider adding an SLA for your paying customers who are actually loosing money based on the incompetence of your IT staff. Can you please explain to us what that 2% equates to in dollars lost for your customers...? I'll be interested to know how your Venture Capital companies will react to the drop in service once this over. Can you calculate those dollars? Are they willing to compensate for the money we the PAYING USER lost? Are continuing to lose? So a rough guess is 460,000 customers are without access to their information for 3 days. Do you think your Venture Capital companies would be willing to compensate $100 a day for each customer? Do you think that they would be willing to take a $138,000,000.00 hit? That is what 2% should mean to you.
