I took fate into my own hands..and attempted something that I have wanted to try for a very long time. Even at the expense of ruining my grill FOREVER.
First I made this.

Then I split it in half and rolled out two separate pieces.
Then I stuck them on the grill with great fear and hesitation...may sound silly to some of you but I have not been able to get my mind around the fact that the dough, will not oooze through the grates and ruin my favorite outdoor piece of equipment. I sprayed the grates with PAM before lighting the grill. I also wiped Olive Oil on the dough. [on the side that I was going to grill first]. The dough immediately started to puff up just like a tortilla or a pancake. IT WAS AWESOME!!!! So you want to brown the bottom with pretty grill lines. I flipped the piece onto a baking sheet and wiped olive oil on the second side. When I put that back on the grill I put my toppings on. Last night I went simple simple and used: PESTO, PIZZA CHEESE and ROMANO! It looked like zeeeees.

I made a Greek Salad to go with it!
