On Friday we went to a birthday party for Val - This woman ranks right up there with people who I like to surround myself with. She has such an incredible sense of humor. All or most of these folks are people that my husband worked with at Kittery Trading Post. [His FUN part time job] that I made him quit....I know Im sooooo cruel. I've come to know all of these folks quite well and I feel very lucky to have them in my life....ahhhh pttttttthhhhhtttttt.
Saturday I spent the day with my sister and my MOM we were off to a fabric store that was suppose to be the best place in the world. It turned out that they were not the best place in the world. Very rude customer service and a terrible selection of material. The one highlight is that they sell patterns 4 for a buck! So that was certainly worth it. Plus my Mom got me serrated scissors for my birthday. After that mess we drove around for a while and got very hungry. Because according to my Sister if you do this...it will infact make you hungry. We landed at a really great restaurant called The Holy Grail Pub it was excellent. Lots! of great IRISH food. Beautiful inside. I was stuffed to the gills.
Sunday Geoff and I made a major purchase which I will blog about later this week once everything is done!!! Stayed up to late watching Mission Impossible - Although not a huge Tom Cruise fan --- I do love the Mission Impossible movies.
And that my friends was my little weekend.
