fresh air

we tried really hard to get outside for some fresh air

saturday morning i got up bright and early

feeling a little better

and took my sweet boys for a walk

i can't believe i actually got steve to focus 

dudes always focus in for photo opps

they are just the sweetest things

and

they were very good boys

half way through however,

i started to loose steam

and by the time i got back to the car

i was really tired

geoff caught the bug

and we have been suffering through this

aweful

nastyness together

i'm hoping that this week is better healthwise

i'm getting sick and tired of being

sick and tired

i want to play with my guys

and be outside!!

a little fresh air never hurt anybody

no matter how cold it is

besides 

it makes your cheeks rosy

who doesn't like rosy red cheeks?
